What is GMO?
A GMO or genetically modified organism, is a plant, animal,
microorganism or other organism whose genetic makeup has
been modified using recombinant DNA methods.
This relatively new science creates unstable combinations of plant,
animal, bacterial & viral genes that do not occur in nature or through
traditional crossbreeding methods.

Why go NON-GMO?
Most developed nations do not consider GMO foods to be safe &
have restrictions or outright bans on the production & sale of GMO foods.
Here in the U.S. GMO's have been approved for sale based on studies
conducted by the same corporations that created them & profit from their sale.
